🪟 Window's Curious Visitor — A Frame Within a Frame

Every now and then, photography gifts us a moment where life pauses — not for the lens, but with it.

I'm beyond thrilled to share that my photograph, "Window's Curious Visitor," has been selected as the 6th best image in the expert-judged 'Windows' Ranked Contest on PhotoCrowd! 🌟

📷 The Moment:

Captured in a quiet instant, the photo reveals a small squirrel peering through a hole in a mesh screen, its curious eyes meeting mine. What made this shot so special was how the damaged mesh naturally framed the tiny face — a spontaneous composition that felt like nature itself created a portrait.

It wasn’t staged. It wasn’t planned.
Just a gentle visitor at my window, reminding me that sometimes, the best stories arrive unannounced — and if you're lucky, you’re holding a camera when they do.

🏅 The Recognition:

Chosen by expert judge Danny Fitzpatrick out of 1,500+ entries, this photo found its way to Rank 6 in the 1001+ Leaderboard Category. With no crowd voting and only expert critique, this acknowledgment holds a special place in my heart.

💬 Why It Matters:

Windows are more than architectural features — they are thresholds. Between inside and outside. Between observer and observed. And sometimes, they are quiet stages where fleeting connections happen — like the one I shared with this little visitor.

This image is a reminder that beauty doesn’t always shout. Sometimes, it just peeks in quietly.
